Hi Katelyn-- I am a recent grad of Eastern Mennonite University and heading to Guatemala for Spanish and a writing program. I'd love to hear about your experience and perhaps gain some contacts with peacebuilding/indigenous rights in the Lake Atitlan/Xela area. I'll be writing two long pieces on my experience abroad and I was wondering if you have any ideas of specific organizations/people/movements you were intrigued by that I might want to look into/connect with?
